The Harbour Houseboat offers more than 1,400 square feet of accommodation for a maximum of nine adults/children in four beautifully furnished bedrooms.

Of these, two are double bedrooms (one with its own shower room) complete with Loaf kingsize beds; one is a bunk room with three beds whilst the fourth is a single bedroom with a further pull-out trundle bed.

All of the beds are suitable for adults. We also have two travel cots (and two high chairs) available for young children.

There are two bathrooms, both of which have showers whilst one also has a bath, and all of our luxury linen comes from The White Company.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with every culinary mod-con you could wish for - Rangemaster cooker, a US style fridge/freezer, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and a washer/dryer. We use mains electricity and gas and have our own bio plant treatment system which returns clear water to the harbour.

The kitchen opens out into an open-plan lounge area that has been carefully furnished and comes complete with smart TV, sound system with iPod docking station, wi-fi and landline. We also have a collection of books, DVDs, toys and board games to help you while away the hours.

Double doors that run the width of the boat glide open onto an imposing foredeck offering magnificent views across the Harbour and out across The Solent beyond. There is a stunning rooftop sundeck, perfect for sunbathing or sundowners, offering breathtaking views across the entire harbour.

Finally, parking is easy too and can be found on Embankment Road directly outside the boat.
